Q: I was considering getting a small simple star outline on the back of my left hand in the area where your thumb meets your hand. My gay friend said stars are associated with the gay community? Is this true?I'm straight and I don't want to mislead gay people by having a tattoo they use to symbolize their sexuality. But nowadays so many things are considered "gay" i dont know what to believe. Can someone help me?

A: I've really only seen star tattoos on guys from the gay community. If there is some random attachment that you have to the star go for it, if not maybe look into something different.
