New Tattoo??

Q: I have two tattoos at the moment- one large one of 3 flowers in purple on my back and one tiny one of a butterfly in flight on my left shoulder. I am looking for a third and not sure whether to get something to bring out my butterfly tattoo or to get a 3d star on my hip. Any help of what design to use for the butterfly would be greatfully received!!

A: try a Celtic tattoo i have 12 (4 are celtic ones) and think they can make any other tat look excellent and really bring them out i have just had one put above my daughters name and it makes it look so much better and will be getting one for above my sons name soon. hope you find what you are looking for

Is an ankle tattoo, how much will it hurt?

Q: I don't mind it hurting, just wondering how much in comparsion to say, getting your arm or your back. I want to get 3D stars all the way around. A: I have a tattoo on my ankle and the pain wasn't too bad. I also have one on my arm and lower back. I don't know if this will be your first tattoo, but the pain is more like a burning sensation rather than anything else. I'm sure you will be fine and it will look lovely once it's done. Good luck!

Need suggestions on wrist tattoo(s) for my son & daughter?

Q: I need some suggestions on a tattoo(s) I'd like to go on the underside of my wrist for my son and my daughter. I don't want something cheesy like their names and hearts (sorry to anyone who has names and hearts). I like the idea of 3D stars - one pale blue & black, the other pale pink & black, with Kanji "Son" and "Daughter" underneath both. BUT - I don't want it huge either. Uuugh - dilemma. Any suggestions? Anyone like that idea? This will be my third (and possibly 4th if I do them separate) tats... Great points everyone! Please keep them coming! Obviously, I have no idea what I want. And I take no offense! I've given everyone a thumbs up so far!

A: No offense, but you say you don't want something cheesy like hearts and their names, I understand that, but, aren't Kanji symbols and stars kind of cheesy too? Especially Kanji symbols. Are you and/or your children Asian?

How much would these tattoos cost?

Q: I want three tattoos and I would like to know how much you think they would cost. Assume I go to an average tattoo shop (not a cheap one or anything). I want a full sleeve tattoo on my left arm with 3d stars and one color, which is blue, and the rest is standard black. On my leg I want a tattoo that covers my entire leg with black and red roses. And I also want a full back tattoo of angel wings with a sort of rainbow burst spreading through the wings. Any ideas as to how much this would cost would be appreciated! :)
